the location proved very central. the staff was friendly and helpful, especially at reception. our standard double room accessible had all necessary amenities (i found the accessible features thoughtful).
the corridors looked a bit worn. i found the bathroom design quite compact (almost like a pod). the television required assistance to operate initially. (i'm no expert but a hotel tv should work flawlessly)

convenient location near the station

useful pillowshelpful stafflimited selection
the location is fantastic, right by the train station (easy access for travel!). the staff were very helpful during check-in. i found the room had extra pillows, useful. everything i needed was in the room.
i noticed the tea selection was limited. i didn't have time to request more, because i needed to catch a train. a greater variety would improve the experience.
Facilities
8/10
the room included a hairdryer, hangers, and body wash. there was a multi-storey car park nearby at the station (a short walk). i also saw ev chargers were available for electric vehicles.
